Profile
Pablo Fuentes Morales is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice, as well as in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice.
He has a wealth of experience before civil, commercial and arbitration courts, representing both domestic and international clients in disputes related to civil and commercial agreements (construction, engineering, international sales, etc.), insurance litigation, contractual and extracontractual liability, and inheritance law.
He also provides recurring advice to companies in distress, with a special focus on directors' liability, corporate disputes and restructurings through pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings.
He has been a lecturer in the Master's in Business Law at the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce since 2011, focusing on civil law subjects.
Finally, Pablo Fuentes Morales has been a member of the ICASV since 2005.
