Reiko's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and privacy and cybersecurity. Throughout her career at the firm, Reiko has worked on some of the most high-profile data breach litigations to date. Reiko represents and counsels a wide array of clients in various matters concerning litigation and privacy - including incident response, multidistrict litigation, and class action settlement. She also has extensive experience with consumer protection, deceptive trade practices, and advertising and marketing issues. Reiko supports clients in all stages of litigation, from motion practice, discovery, settlement, and trial. Prior to joining the firm, Reiko served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Reiko advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion of women and people of color in the legal field and beyond. She was named a 2025 Best Under 40 recipient by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). She was a 2023 Fellow with NAPABA's Leadership Advancement Program and a 2021 Pathfinder with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Reiko also maintains an active pro bono practice and has previously represented incarcerated clients seeking parole and post-conviction relief and bringing civil rights claims.
