Mr. Yanco is an associate in FBC's Real Estate Department. His practice concentrates on development projects in Israel, sale and lease of income-yielding properties (office buildings, commercial centers and industrial parks) and other real estate assets (large-scale residential projects, including urban renewal projects, National Outline Plan 38 and 38/2 for the seismic strengthening of existing buildings), combination transactions and real estate taxation.



Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Yanco was an associate in an Israeli law firm and specialized in real estate and planning & zoning.
