Noelle Granitz guides clients through complex commercial real estate transactions. Her work includes managing healthcare real estate assets, acquisitions and dispositions of investment real estate, corporate real estate holdings, office buildings, multi-family residential complexes and other commercial real estate properties. Additionally, Noelle is experienced at:

• Drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial lease agreements for both landlords and tenants in office, healthcare, manufacturing and retail settings.
• Negotiating architectural and construction contracts on behalf of corporations.
• Advising healthcare clients with day-to-day leasing and asset management issues.
