Anticipating and solving complex commercial real estate challenges
Noelle Granitz guides clients through complex commercial real estate transactions. Her work includes managing healthcare real estate assets, acquisitions and dispositions of investment real estate, corporate real estate holdings, office buildings, multi-family residential complexes and other commercial real estate properties. Additionally, Noelle is experienced at:
- Drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial lease agreements for both landlords and tenants in office, healthcare, manufacturing and retail settings.
- Negotiating architectural and construction contracts on behalf of corporations.
- Advising healthcare clients with day-to-day leasing and asset management issues.
Noelle is committed to learning as much as possible about her clients' business objectives, their industries and the pressure points that influence their decisions. By combining this knowledge with her focus on anticipating potential challenges, she is able to provide proactive, practical, actionable and business-aware legal recommendations aimed at furthering the success of her clients.
