Profile

Noah Matthews is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad array of litigation, ranging from complex commercial matters and general business disputes to highly specialized construction cases.

Noah’s construction practice includes representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals in litigation or arbitration arising out of contractual disputes, project delays, defects, and other project-related claims.

Noah also focuses his work on the evolving cannabis and hemp industries in North Carolina. As a regular contributor to Bradley’s Budding Trends blog, he explores legislative activity, regulatory changes, enforcement issues, and industry trends that are shaping the state’s approach to cannabis. Drawing on this perspective, he is uniquely qualified to assist clients in navigating regulatory uncertainty, anticipating potential risks, preparing for how North Carolina’s cannabis framework may continue to develop, and litigating disputes arising in this unsettled space.

Noah earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law and received a B.A. (magna cum laude) in History from Loyola University Chicago.
