Mr. Forer is an associate in the Real Estate Department. He advises clients on various real estate projects and transactions. His practice concentrates on purchase groups, income-yielding projects, combination transactions, acquisition and leasing of real estate assets, and real estate taxation.



Mr. Forer advises clients in all stages of their projects from conception, through development until completion. He has experience in dealing with large-scale commercial and residential real estate transactions, including related financing and tax related aspects.
