Nima Shull is an Attorney in the Firm's San Diego office and a member of the Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups. Mr. Shull's practice includes advising and defending employers in litigation and pre-litigation matters. He has experience representing employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. His prior work experience includes representing businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, professional liability, general commercial liability, and insurance coverage matters.

Since 2023, Nima has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in San Diego by Super Lawyers Magazine.
