Nils Lofgren is an Attorney in the Firm's Salt Lake City office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. Nils' legal practice focuses on real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, entitlements, leasing, joint ventures, and real estate finance.

Nils routinely represents real estate development clients in large scale multifamily development across several different product types. He has extensive experience organizing complicated deal structures including joint ventures, multiple tiers of equity, waterfall structures, etc. Nils represents commercial property owners and tenants in purchasing, leasing, and selling commercial properties across the country. He has negotiated, drafted, and reviewed financing documents for large institutional lending on both the lender and borrower sides.

Prior to joining Buchalter, Nils worked for a combination of several law firms and real estate development firms, focusing on real estate development and finance.
