I provide clients with the groundwork for making land use and real estate decisions. As a paralegal within Schwabe's Natural Resources Industry Group, I assist with timber and other commercial transactions, ranging from due diligence phases to closing.

In addition, my work often involves real estate issues. I assist with drafting conveyance and compliance documentation for both commercial and residential transactions involving real property. By analyzing real property legal descriptions, I'm able to support clients and attorneys with issues related to boundary lines, assessments, and encumbrances.
