Profile

Nicole represents a wide range of clients in antitrust litigation, antitrust counseling, and consumer protection matters. She has experience in antitrust litigation related to claims under federal and New York State law; price fixing; monopolization in various retail industries; and university athletics. She also advises on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.

During law school, Nicole was a law clerk for Senator Marco Rubio in the US Senate (now US Secretary of State). She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard J. Leon in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

Nicole is a frequent author on legal issues related to the FTC and has an active pro bono practice that includes representing veterans eligible for Combat-Related Special Compensation and representing clients in religious liberties matters.
