Profile
Nicolás Clark Barragán joined Garrigues in October 2009 and is currently as Principal Associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice of the Seville office.
He has broad expertize in providing comprehensive advice to companies on labor, employment and social security matters.
He specializes in workforce restructuring and reorganization processes, providing labor law advice both in the strategic and preparatory stages, and in negotiations with labor unions and workers' representatives.
He lectures on the Executive Master's Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
He also lectures on the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Loyola Andalucía.
Nicolás Clark Barragán is a member of the Seville Bar Association.
