I specialise in drafting, negotiating and advising on technology and commercial contracts, helping clients navigate the complexities of this rapidly evolving area. I have extensive experience advising on arrangements for ICT services, outsourcing and strategic procurement in highly regulated sectors, drawing on global expertise to deliver practical, risk-aware solutions. My work spans a wide range of technology and commercial arrangements, including for AI, cloud and as-a-Service models, software and IP licensing, services, and major development and implementation projects.

I also have deep experience guiding clients through the technology aspects of M&A transactions, including business separation, business integration and transitional services arrangements.

  • Leading complex, multi-jurisdictional projects, including multi-vendor outsourcing negotiations in London and Chicago as part of a global restructuring program, and outsourcing arrangements across 10+ jurisdictions in Asia
  • Guiding clients through digital transformation, including through replacing legacy systems with industry-leading platforms, and assisting clients to transition from incumbent vendors to best-of-breed solutions across a range of service areas
  • Advising on major procurement programs, including to establish technology systems for new business divisions or assets, or to replace a range of services to improve technology performance
  • Advising on competitive tender processes to deliver value in technology procurement, and negotiating contract terms for the development and implementation of new technology  
  • Negotiating funding arrangements with major telecommunications companies to extend mobile coverage in key black spots in regional areas
  • Advising on ICT and business separation matters in relation to a range of M&A transactions, including in relation to the long-term lease of five major ports and divestments from major companies 
  • Negotiating transitional services agreements and long-term supply arrangements to facilitate M&A deals
