Nekane Caballero is a senior associate in the Administrative Law department and specializes in providing ongoing, comprehensive legal advice to individuals and legal entities.

She has broad expertise in advising on public procurement, particularly in relation to legal issues arising in the course of classification, tender and procurement processes. She also advises on other areas of administrative law, notably including administrative penalties, planning and zoning law, and sectoral legislation. Moreover, she has extensive experience in acting as legal counsel in administrative and judicial review proceedings.

She has also participated in the analysis and drafting of real estate, planning and zoning and administrative law due diligence reports.
