Nazeelah is a Senior Associate in the plot sales department of the real estate practice in Shoosmiths. She has experience acting for numerous housing developers.
Her experience includes:-
- Purchasing and selling used property through part exchange transactions
- Selling managed, leasehold and freehold plots
- Dealing with sales to housing associations and bulk sales to investors
- Doing site set ups of new sites
- Dealing with numerous infrastructure agreements, such as section agreements, ancillary land transfers, deeds of variation, deeds of easement and auction sales
- Advising clients and drafting documentation in respect of the above
Nazeelah focuses on the key issues with a practical approach to resolving the issues when advising the clients.
She is dual-qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and Solicitor.
