Ms. Schneider is an associate in the Corporate Department and provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on cross-border commercial transactions and tenders in the fields of renewable energy and infrastructure.



Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Schneider headed the research coordination department at a leading Tel Aviv-based international strategic consulting firm and served as a research assistant to an IDC senior faculty member in the field of European Union law.
