Nabila is a partner in the firm's Banking and Debt Financing group. Her practice focuses on secured financing transactions involving banks, Crown corporations and private lenders. She has experience in drafting and negotiating the full suite of loan and security documents in a variety of transactions, including real estate acquisitions and development, corporate operating facilities and mergers and acquisitions.
Nabila acts regularly for Canadian, US and international law firms as local counsel in British Columbia on cross-jurisdictional, cross-border and international financing transactions.
