Morgan Crider is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group, where she represents commercial owners and contractors in construction-related disputes and project matters. Her practice focuses on construction contract negotiation and enforcement, as well as litigation and arbitration arising out of commercial and multifamily development projects.

Morgan supports clients from project formation through dispute resolution. Her works includes drafting construction agreements and representing clients in disputes arising out of construction projects. She brings a practical understanding of how construction contracts operate on active projects and how they are enforced when issues arise.

In disputes, Morgan represents clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration. She handles pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and hearings in matters involving breach of contract, trust fund claims, fraud, and other project-related issues. Her experience in handling all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit demands to trial, enables her to strategically assist clients with reaching an optimal resolution.

Morgan approaches each matter with a detail-oriented, practical mindset, helping clients navigate both the legal and business considerations that arise on commercial construction projects. She works closely with clients and case teams to develop strategies that align with client goals while positioning matters for efficient and effective resolution.
