Mónica van der Schraft is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.

She has broad experience in advising clients in highly complex litigation and arbitration proceedings, and in negotiations aimed at resolving disputes out of court. She has represented clients in disputes in a wide range of industries, such as mining, construction, insurance and free competition, among many others, and in corporate disputes.

Mónica van der Schraft is a member of the Chilean Bar Association. She is also a director of the Chilean Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club, a member of the Ethics Committee of the Chilean Bar Association, a director of Libertades Públicas AG and a member of the Chilean Nominations Committee of the ICC.

Mónica van der Schraft studied law at Universidad de Chile and has a Master of Laws from Harvard University Law School.
