Profile

Michelle Sollberger is a senior associate in the Berne office of Walder Wyss. She advises clients on all aspects of employment law, in particular on drafting of employment contracts and regulations, the termination of employment relationships and in the context of restructuring projects (transfers of undertakings, mass redundancies, etc.) Another focus of her work is foundation law and advising non-profit foundations. In addition, Michelle Sollberger regularly advises in the areas of contract law, commercial and corporate law as well as social security law.

Michelle Sollberger studied law at the University of Berne (BLaw 2015, MLaw 2016). Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a lawyer at a leading legal protection insurance company in Berne. Before her admission to the bar she worked as a trainee at an Administrative Law Panel in the canton of Berne and in a law firm in Berne.

Michelle Sollberger's professional languages are German and English. She also speaks French. She was admitted to the bar in the canton of Berne in 2019. She is registered with the Berne Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
