Profile

I assist clients with a broad spectrum of personnel and employment law matters. I am experienced in complex litigation-related matters with a focus on issues ranging from employment discrimination and retaliation claims to wage and hour class actions.I have assisted in representing employers in workplace investigations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges, civil service appeals, and Department of Labor claims, as well as handling union-related grievances and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements. I effectively and efficiently address clients' HR operational needs, including preparing handbooks, workplace policies, workplace training, and employment contracts. I have experience working with eDiscovery, drafting legal documents, and managing trial exhibits, discovery, and pleadings. I have also served as a legal assistant, during which I supervised more than 800 cases and assisted in all aspects of trial preparation and conclusion.
