Michelle also advises clients on provincial and federal regulatory regimes, assists clients undergoing regulatory investigation, and defends clients in regulatory penalty matters. She has a particular interest in, and experience advising clients on, provincial and federal lobbying matters.
Michelle started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2016 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of her articles in 2018.
Michelle is a co-author of the textbook "The Law of Regulatory Investigations in Canada", which was published in March 2023.
