Micah Hensley is a registered patent attorney who provides IP counsel on strategic prosecution and licensing matters to a range of clients, from startups and early-stage companies to Fortune 500 companies that generate multibillion annual revenues. He oversees the preparation and prosecution of design patent applications and utility patent applications in various technical fields, including the mechanical, electro-mechanical, biomedical, machine learning, software, and recycling processing arts.

Micah helps to facilitate relationships between companies and investment firms and advises on related IP matters. He also conducts freedom-to-operate, patentability, and invalidity investigations, prepares formal legal opinions, investigates potential third-party patent infringement activities, and formulates strategies for negotiating with third parties.
