Mercedes Antón is a senior associate of the Labor and Employment Law department.
Her expertise includes all areas of labor, employment and social security law, having participated in many labor restructuring and reorganization processes, collective dismissal procedures and collective labor agreement negotiations. She also provides recurring labor advice to companies in the public sector.
She is an expert in proceedings before the labor and judicial review courts.
She has participated as a speaker in several courses, talks and lectures on current labor, employment and social security matters of interest.
