Ms. Grinspan is an associate in FBC's Competition & Antitrust Department, where she specializes in competition and antitrust, regulation, and commercial disputes.
Ms. Grinspan provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters, including restrictive arrangements and cases involving monopolies and abusive business practices.
Ms. Grinspan also represents companies in complex civil litigation matters, including class actions and in proceedings before the Antitrust Tribunal and the Israel Antitrust Authority.
