Melissa Núñez Santti is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. Melissa handles a wide variety of arbitration proceedings, focusing on the analysis of the case, devising the defense strategy and implementing and monitoring cases until their conclusion. Her experience in the negotiation and defense of conflicts relating to construction contracts is worthy of note.

Before she joined Garrigues, she formed part of Benites, Forno & Ugaz - Abogados, where she was head of the Litigation and Arbitration department for four years.

In the academic world, she has lectured undergraduates in the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, in civil litigation law and contract law, and has been a professor of Civil Law in Universidad de San Martin de Porres.

Melissa is an active member of Sociedad Peruana de Derecho de la Construcción, and of the Lima Bar Association.
