Marta Sánchez-Blanco is a senior associate in the practice of Commercial Contracts, Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

She has extensive experience, nationally and internationally, and provides general legal advice in corporate law and international business transactions to clients based primarily in Europe, the United States and Latin America. She advises in national and international corporate restructuring operations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, due diligence processes, dissolution and liquidation of companies processes, incorporation of companies and board secretarial services. She drafts shareholder agreements and other corporate contracts such as participative loans, contracts for the provision of services, distribution, purchase and sale of assets and guarantee agreements. She prepares legal opinions on matters related to Spanish corporate and commercial law.
