Marie Sophie Reitinger has been working as a trainee and attorney at DORDA since 2024. Her practice focuses on environmental and sustainability law, particularly in construction and spatial planning, energy and energy contract law, as well as waste management and contaminated site remediation law. She advises and represents project applicants and municipalities in public law (licensing) procedures. She also advises on the establishment and administration of energy communities.

Before joining DORDA, her career took her from the Karl-Franzens University of Graz to the Supreme Court and the Higher Regional Court of Graz, as well as to a renowned law firm.

She is a regular lecturer for organizations such as the Austrian Bar Academy, the Austrian Real Estate Association, and the Association of Municipalities of the Austrian Federal States. She also regularly publishes in legal journals and is a guest on legal podcasts.
