Marie is an Attorney in the Firm's Denver office and a member of the Corporate practice group.

Marie's practice focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions - including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, privately traded securities, venture capital, and private equity. Marie also advises clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and general corporate counseling, serving as external general counsel to her clients.

Marie represents clients from a wide array of industries, specializing in technology, data security, SaaS, business-to-business services, consumer product services, financial services, and manufacturing and distribution.
