Partner of the Tax Department since 2001, in charge of local and autonomous region taxation, with a special focus on the cadastral valuation of real estate for purposes of municipal charges and taxes. Cati is a regular speaker at courses for financial institutions and seminars on local and autonomous region taxation, and a frequent contributor to specialist journals.

Cati has extensive experience in construction, real estate and energy projects, also engaging in ongoing advice on direct and indirect taxation of large enterprises, particularly in the aforementioned sectors and in the financial world.

Chairs the firm's pro bono committee.
