Profile
María Paz is an associate in the banking and finance, securities markets, and corporate law and commercial contracts practice.
She has experience in project finance and infrastructure and in local and international corporate finance, as well as in advising institutional investors on banking and finance matters.
She has been a teaching assistant on Introduction to Legal Science courses and the Integration Seminar on Administrative Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
