Profile
Francisca Correa is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance group.
She concentrates her practice in financing operations, at both national and international levels, advising creditors, debtors and sponsors, in energy projects, infrastructure projects, and acquisition and corporate projects. Additionally she has experience in merger and acquisition practice, in local and foreign transactions.
Prior to joining Garrigues Chile, Francisca worked as an associate lawyer at Lembeye Abogados (2017-2019) and Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana (2016-2017).
