Currently board secretary and legal adviser to several Spanish companies, providing the full range of legal services associated with general corporate operations (delegation of powers, execution of powers of attorney, bylaw amendments, capital increases and reductions, etc.).

As part of the Firm's new technologies practice area, has adapted large companies and business entities in Galicia to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Organic Law. His experience extends to more complex data protection projects, such as the preparation of the "White Paper on Auxiliary Industries" for the main shipyards in Vigo and is a litigation expert in this field.

Past and present speaker and lecturer at different training centers (Escuela de Negocios Caixanova, ITE Caixa Galicia, IFFE-Instituto de Formación Financiera y Empresarial) and has spoken at numerous specialized courses and conferences organized by various business associations and institutions.
