Maitane Ansa Arizcuren is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.

She specializes in defending and acting as legal counsel for clients in civil and commercial lawsuits: obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability, corporate law, construction, distribution, inheritances, etc.

She also regularly acts in criminal proceedings of an economic nature.

She has extensive experience in the banking sector, both in cases concerning the validity and interpretation of banking contracts, and in enforcement and insolvency proceedings. She also regularly intervenes in intellectual property disputes.

Maitane Ansa is a lecturer in the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pública de Navarra.
