Profile
Maialen Barquín joined the firm in 2013, where she has pursued her entire professional career and is a senior associate in the tax practice area.
She has extensive experience in providing ongoing tax advice to local and international companies from a wide range of industries, as well as in advising on business restructuring transactions. In particular, in recent years she has specialized in transfer pricing and international taxation matters.
She also collaborates with the Universidad de Deusto where she teaches classes in the Master's in Tax Counseling.
She is a member of the Basque Country Economists Association.
