Madelaine Bauer focuses her practice on a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, land use and zoning, real estate development, commercial contracts and other general real estate matters. She navigates a variety of zoning matters through executing zoning due diligence, authoring narratives, participating in community outreach and corresponding with Planning staff.

As a licensed real estate agent, Madelaine has an understanding of the needs of her corporate real estate clients. Prior to joining a corporate law firm, Madelaine worked as both a legal and real estate intern for a data center and commercial real estate firm where she assisted clients by drafting customer contracts, amendments and renewals, in addition to working on a variety of data center deals from negotiations to close.
