She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to companies on both labor and social security law, and human resources and immigration matters; drafting reports on all labor matters; individual negotiations in dismissal procedures, monetary claims, etc. He has actively participated in collective bargaining, collective procedures and company agreements, as well as a multitude of trials; due diligence reviews of companies with more than 500 employees; the implementation of flexible remuneration systems: life and health insurance, vehicle policies; and the development of equality plans.

She has been a tutor and supervisor of internships for students of the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Murcia since 2009.
