Luis Eduardo Correa is a partner of the Corporate Law practice at the Santiago office. His areas of expertise are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. Before joining Garrigues, he was partner at Avendaño Merino Abogados and worked as a foreign associate at the Miami offices of Holland & Knight and at the Washington D.C. offices of Wilkinson Barker & Knauer.

Luis Eduardo has extensive experience in all kinds of corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, acting as permanent legal advisor to a variety of clients and industries, both local and foreign. He specializes in real estate transactions, representing one of the leading and most prestigious international real estate investment funds.
