Luigi Maraghini Garrone specialises in corporate and commercial law and handles M&A and joint ventures in various industrial sectors with a particular focus on infrastructures and renewable energy. He currently assists private equity and infrastructure funds, industrial companies and family offices in both the investment and divestment phases as well as in the consolidation and development stages. He is also part of the ESG focus team in charge of legal assistance in sustainability and of the GOP4Venture group in charge of legal assistance in venture capital.

Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he gained a six-years’ experience within a top tier Italian law firm with offices in Milan and Turin, where he assisted domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions and private equity houses in connection with investments, divestments and other corporate ordinary and extraordinary transactions.

He graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2007.

He is a member of the Italian Bar.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
