  • Representing individuals in West Virginia and Ohio in divorce and domestic relations cases involving child custody, visitation, alimony and equitable distribution
  • Representing individuals in high-asset divorce cases involving closely-held businesses, pension valuations and spousal support issues in West Virginia and Ohio
  • Experience in complex custody cases including multi-jurisdictional issues
  • Obtaining guardianships and conservatorships for adults and children
  • Representing clients in surrogacy matters and adoptions
  • Arguing before the WV Supreme Court enabling clients to adopt their foster child
  • Serving as Guardian ad Litem in many courts to serve the best interests of children in contentious custody cases and abuse/neglect cases
