Lesego Ralekoa is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Employment practice. 

Lesego specialises in general employment law as well as labour law litigation and various aspects of workplace procedures.

He has acted for a number of clients in the public service, state owned entities as well as in the mining industries.  He has assisted clients at the Council for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (“CCMA”), the Labour Court, the High Court and the Labour Appeal Court, as well as with internal disciplinary proceedings.

His experience involves various aspects of employment law such as drafting CCMA and Labour Court pleadings for referrals, applications and trials; participating in and preparing plans of action for disciplinary enquiries; reviewing employment contracts; conducting thorough and extensive research in employment related issues and advising clients on various employment related issues.
