Leah Homan is a trial lawyer who handles high-stakes civil litigation from incident response through verdict and appeal. She has tried multiple cases to verdict with favorable outcomes and has secured published opinions in the Texas Supreme Court.

Leah represents clients across the energy and industrial sectors in matters arising from catastrophic explosions, breach of contract disputes, transportation accidents, oilfield injuries, and premises liability claims. She leads clients through crisis management, complex discovery, and trial strategy, and steers appeals when necessary.

In addition to her litigation practice, Leah advises on business organization matters and negotiates and drafts commercial agreements.
