Lauren Lee is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the Firm's Orange County office. Lauren guides clients through all phases of their corporate lifecycle. This includes establishing sound corporate governance and structure, navigating capital raises, drafting and negotiating critical contracts, and advising on strategic transactions such as joint ventures, partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers from a broad range of industries.

• Leading provider of branded personal protective equipment (PPE) in its sale to a leading manufacturer of PPE in the EMEA region, for a transaction value in excess of $67,000,000.
• Purchaser in its acquisition of multiple franchise locations of The Habit Burger Grill.
• Power panels manufacturer in a $4 million Series Seed Preferred Stock financing.
• Solar lighting tower and traffic sign manufacturer in its sale to a publicly traded company in the United Kingdom. The transaction value was in excess of $25,000,000.
• Provider of wholesale insurance services in an equity purchase transaction, for a transaction value in excess of $26,000.000.
• Temporary housing provider in an asset purchase transaction, for a transaction value in excess of $30,000,000.
