Profile
Laura Cesteros Ruiz is a Senior Associate in the Tax department at the Valladolid office, where she has pursued her entire professional career.
She has extensive experience providing recurrent advice (direct and indirect taxation) to individuals, companies and corporate groups, in all the sceneries: international, national, regional and local.
Moreover, she participates in corporate restructuring transactions and provides tax advice in the field of tax benefits for family businesses.
Furthermore, she represents taxpayers in tax proceedings on numerous occasions.
She is also a speaker at seminars organized by various regional institutions (the Castile and Leon Chambers of Commerce, the University of Valladolid).
She lectured on indirect taxation (VAT) on the Master's Degree in Tax and Legal Counseling for Businesses, managed by the Business School of the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce.
Moreover, she was a tutor of Master´s Degree Final Project covering every Legal subjects (Corporate Law, Tax, Litigation and Arbitration, Labor and Employment Law, Administrative Law).
She collaborated with Public Law Department at University of Valladolid, particularly at Tax Law Department.
Laura Cesteros Ruiz is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and is a member of the Valladolid Economists' Association.
