Laura Jimena Barón Ulloa is a senior associate in the Banking and Financial Law and Securities Market Law practice areas.
She has extensive experience in the setting up and structuring of investment vehicles and capital markets transactions in Colombia. She has been involved in the structuring of stock market transactions, private equity funds, and collective investment funds for national and international clients.
She has advised international clients on the promotion of outside services in Colombia. She is also experienced in various aspects of securities markets regulations.
Education
She qualified as a lawyer, specializing in IT law and new technologies, at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
