Krishan is a transactional attorney with expertise in a broad array of commercial transactions, including entity structuring, business mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, commercial leasing, and real estate matters. He represents a diverse client base, from owner-operators and multi-unit property owners to investment groups, across a variety of business transactions.

Often practicing in the hospitality sector, Krishan frequently drafts and reviews contracts related to the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties, as well as other general business matters. He is adept at negotiating with franchisors and lenders to secure favorable terms for his clients. Additionally, Krishan is an advocate for his clients' industries, actively engaging at the local, state, and federal levels to protect their interests.

Raised in Shawnee, Oklahoma, where his family spent over 25 years operating an independent motel, Krishan brings a unique, hands-on understanding of the challenges faced by small business owners. His upbringing in the industry gives him valuable insight into client needs. Krishan later relocated to Norman, Oklahoma, to pursue his undergraduate and graduate studies, then practiced at a prominent Oklahoma City-based firm prior to relocating to Dallas and eventually joining Bradley.
