Kim Ann Duong is a Counsel based in the Ho Chi Minh City office. She specializes in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and corporate law. Dual-qualified in both Vietnam and New York, Kim has held several senior leadership positions, including Head of Investment Banking, Head of Legal, and Head of Compliance at both international and domestic organizations. She has represented clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and her experience extends to board-level responsibilities, financial distress, and corporate crisis management.

In addition to her legal expertise, Kim has a strong background in finance. She completed The Wharton School's Business Program in Corporate Finance & Financial Accounting (2012), and is currently a candidate for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
