Kilee Petersen assists in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial support and post-trial activities. She has experience with deposition preparation, including organizing documents and preparing deposition summaries. Her other experience includes:

• Preparing discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production and requests for admission.
• Managing case files, organizing evidence and preparing exhibits for trial, and coordinating with experts and witnesses as necessary.
• Providing administrative support during trial, including document management, evidence presentation and note-taking.
