Diligently providing data, privacy and technology guidance

Kiana Baharloo advises clients on issues regarding data privacy, technology transactions, intellectual property (IP) and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI). She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She counsels clients on compliance with evolving state and federal data privacy laws, consumer health privacy laws and sectoral privacy laws among a wide range of industries and technologies. Kiana also works on various aspects of privacy compliance programs, including AI acceptable use policies and security incident response policies. She regularly supports corporate M&A diligence by ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations.

Kiana is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
