Kerstin Arnesson is a managing associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She advises national and international clients in all aspects of commercial and business law disputes, with a special focus on purchase and service contracts as well as construction, and represents them before state courts as well as in arbitrations. She is also active in legal assistance matters as well as all aspects of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, including the enforcement of domestic and foreign judgements as well as the freezing of assets.

Kerstin Arnesson studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw 2015) and at the University of Aarhus (Denmark). Before joining Walder Wyss as an associate, she worked as a law clerk at the District Court of Horgen and as a trainee lawyer at a major business law firm in Zurich. During November 2023 and April 2024 she worked as a secondee at a major business law firm in Stockholm, Sweden.

Kerstin Arnesson's professional languages are German, English and Swedish. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Swiss courts.
