Julia was born and raised in Augsburg, Germany, and speaks fluent German. She moved to the United States after graduating from high school in Germany, having been conferred the "Abitur." Prior to joining Quarles, Julia worked for a boutique firm handling general commercial litigation matters, including contract, business tort, employment and insurance coverage actions.
